Dennis could not be more pleased with the service he receives from Treasure. He has had several audiologists in past 20 years. Each has been good. However, the attention to detail, the willingness to add one thing at a time, the teaching done on each visit is remarkable. She knows how to handle a 90 year old patient with kindness and respect. He now looks forward to an office visit rather than say"there is nothing they can do to improve my hearing." Treasure has indeed changed that attitude. He hears better now than few years ago.

Always attentive to my needs. Fine tuning my hearing aids on 11/13/2024: sound was greatly improved in the office. In the real world it was like my impaired hearing was just amplified and muffled sounding. Will have to try again on the follow up visit. Please allow some time for me. Have not used the device on loan, as I have put it in the charger so there will be ample time to fully check it out in use. Thank you to Joe I & Joe II for all their help.

My dad recently lost one of his hearing aids. You were so great in getting him a new one. You guys have helped my dad so much, I just wanted to say “thank you”.
Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
