The people were very friendly. Like any doctor's office I got called well after my appointment time. But that's nothing new. The father and son were really friendly and even a little funny. The actual way to test my hearing was interesting. It was definitely a lot more than just a beep. And then there was a graph of the findings but unlikely that Medicare will pay for it. So the star that they did not get is because of the prices of what's available. I don't know what planet anybody is on but those two little bitty tiny things that are similar to a Bluetooth buds, there's no way that those things are 8 to 10 times more than a pair of Samsung earbuds which are on the high side already

Took my 91 year old mom for a hearing aid tune up! Audible Hearing Center has a great staff! We were met with a smile from the receptionist and Joseph was amazing with mom and very knowledgeable in his field. He took care and spent time explaining in detail to mom answering all of her questions. We left with clean, snug fitting hearing aids. Would highly recommend Audible Hearing Center!

Friendly, helpful, and prompt! My grandmother’s hearing aids went dead while admitted to a local hospital. Joe took my call and searched until he found a charging case to fit the set we had and even partially charged them for me and also serviced her hearing aids, even though they were not purchased here.

My dad recently lost one of his hearing aids. You were so great in getting him a new one. You guys have helped my dad so much, I just wanted to say “thank you”.
Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
