Joseph Crnkovic is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist and the proud son of Joe Crnkovic, the owner of the family business. As a third-generation professional in the hearing care industry, Joseph brings both a deep-rooted understanding of the field and a fresh perspective to his role.
In 2020, he earned his Business degree from Sam Houston State University, equipping him with the skills to combine his passion for helping others with the practical knowledge necessary for success in the industry. Joseph is committed to improving his patients’ quality of life by helping them hear better and is deeply invested in their well-being.
When he’s not working, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, as well as fishing and hunting—activities that allow him to relax and recharge.
Joseph is excited to continue his family’s legacy in the hearing care industry while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those he serves.

Treasure LaFollette is Owner, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, and Texas Hearing Association Board Member. Treasure first came to work at Audible Hearing Centers in 1999 as a receptionist and became licensed to fit hearing aids in 2001. In 2005 she put her career on hold to be a stay-at-home mom.
In 2010 she returned and in 2011 she became board certified by the National Board of Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Treasures enthusiasm and charisma builds lasting relationships with her patients.

Joe Crnkovic, our licensed Audioprothologist has been in the hearing aid business all of his life. His father started dispensing hearing aids in the Brazos Valley in 1963. He began working alongside his father as a licensed hearing aid dispenser in 1983 and was certified by the American Conference of Audioprosthology in 1985. He had the honor of serving on the Board of the American Conference of Audioprosthology from 1987 to 1988. He is a member of and a past board member of the Texas Hearing Aid Association.
As impressive as his experience and credentials are he has another most important qualification: he himself is hearing impaired and uses the devices he dispenses. He truly understands your hearing problems.
He is well versed in the latest technologies and matches these advanced technology hearing devices specifically to your hearing loss. His goal is to provide clarity of speech never before possible for the best possible hearing solution available.
Shelley Mortashed
Patient Care Coordinator
Shelley is a customer service professional known for her warmth and enthusiasm in her interactions with customers and patients. She takes immense pleasure in engaging with friendly faces and strives to assist wherever she can. She is the welcoming face that customers see when they enter and the reassuring voice they hear when they call. Dependability and reliability are hallmarks of her character and her top priorities in customer service are integrity and efficiency.
Married for 23 years to her best friend Joe, Shelley is a proud mother to three boys: Joseph Jr., Noah, and Jacob. The recent arrival of her grandbaby Noah Jr. has truly captured her heart, and she finds herself delightfully wrapped around his little finger.
A 2000 graduate of Bryan High School, Shelley has spent her entire life in Bryan and is a proud member of the Brazos Valley community. Saturdays are a cherished family tradition as they gather to cheer on the Aggies together. When she is not at work or enjoying time with her family Shelley can often be found reading or indulging in her passion for crafts, always balancing her busy life while trying to find moments of creativity at home.
Briley Eck
Patient Care Coordinator
Briley Eck is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at Audible Hearing Center, where she plays a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their hearing care journey. She is a 2025 graduate of Texas A&M University, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and patient-focused service.
With a warm and compassionate approach, Briley helps patients navigate scheduling, insurance questions, and treatment plans, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, she works closely with both patients and providers to keep the clinic running efficiently while delivering a high level of personalized service.
Briley takes pride in building genuine relationships with patients and believes that clear communication and kindness are key to exceptional care. She is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing and is proud to be part of a team committed to outstanding patient-centered care. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active in her community
